I have worked with Empire in the past (specifically John), and for good reason we keep coming back. John is professional, prompt, provides the highest quality work, and truly cares about his customers. Empire continuously goes above and beyond while still offering the best prices in town. I give John/Empire my highest recommendation.

John came out on a Sunday evening to evaluate my issue. Came the next day to install. He is so personable and friendly and incredibly competent. He fixed some things that had been installed improperly, and he even fixed up my back entry door, which was in a pretty bad state. He went above and beyond. Explained every detail. Answered every question. I highly recommend.
